As a way to fund my historical research, I recently published a novel titled Death’s Tiger. It is a fantasy, military, thriller, and horror combination written to entertain, enlighten, and inspire. Unlike the typical sword and sorcery medieval setting, Death's Tiger is set during an era of late-stage empires, where rifles have replaced swords & bows, and the rise of international militarism is threatening the ambitions of each major imperial power. Death’s Tiger is set in an era comparable to the late 1800s and filled with plenty of war stories, political intrigue, imperial ambitions, and growing global tensions. It is there to give you a taste of history, but in a way that the past has yet to spoil the outcome.
